The versioned research paper

Rasim Unan, Ilyas Deligoz, Kassim Al-Khatib and Husrev Mennan authored Protocol for ethyl methanesulphonate (EMS) mutagenesis application in rice. The former website linked to Open Research Europe version 3, identified by DOI 10.12688/openreseurope.13317.3. Use that version-specific record when citing the paper; earlier versions have different DOI endings.

The paper concerns a research method. It should not be confused with evidence that a commercially usable, high-dose-resistant variety was released. The version history, peer-review record and supporting files belong with the publication, rather than being replaced by a promotional summary.

Underlying data and extended material

The paper links its underlying dataset to Zenodo record 4549457 and a protocol factsheet to record 4587383. These are separate objects: data supporting the reported work and an extended protocol resource. Follow their repository records for authorship, version and reuse conditions.

This site does not turn a laboratory protocol into instructions for untrained readers. The authoritative documents retain their scientific context. Practical use requires the facilities, training and safeguards appropriate to the work.

The archived interim report

The former downloads page named an interim report at /wp-content/uploads/2024/01/1-Interimreport.pdf. Its publication and reuse conditions have not yet been established for this edition. The historical address leads to this specific record rather than to an unrelated homepage. The public final report at CORDIS provides a separately identifiable account of the completed project.

The old page also linked to a ScienceDirect record with article identifier S004835752300411X. We retain that publisher link in the source trail without guessing a title or claiming access to the article. A missing or restricted full text is not treated as if it had been read.
